Once you have placed your order, please forward us your order confirmation or send us an invoice showing the merchant name, items purchased + invoice total . If you are sending a care package or used goods, please list all items showing quantity and value to avoid processing delays.
Send your Goods to our Address
Please use the tracking number provided by your shipper to confirm the delivery date and allow us up to 4 business days to check in your package. We receive a high volume of packages daily and require more time to check in packages
Your Goods are Checked In and an Invoice is issued
When your package arrives, our team will inspect it, take photos and weigh it. We will then send you an email letting you know that your package has arrived. If we have any questions or concerns about your package, we may select it for additional review.
Pay for your Invoice
If you want to avoid shipping delays, pay your invoice as soon as possible. Once you have approved the shipping and paid for the invoice, your cargo will be scheduled for the next shipment date and you will receive a tracking number.

Once the shipment arrives in Zimbabwe, we will take care of any outstanding customs and duty fees and our team in Harare will contact you for delivery arrangements within 1- 3 business days.

We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $6 for couriers to deliver to your door anywhere in Harare. If you are not located in Harare, we can mail your package through FedEx Harare for a service fee of $6. Please be aware that you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to FedEx.
