SHIPPING DATES

Any approved shipments  will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving ship request

Shipments to  Zimbabwe  are  on every 1st and 15th of the month and on every Friday and can be expedited for an extra fee

SHIPPING COMPANY

All shipments are scheduled and shipped through FedEx International

Your order has to arrive at our warehouse 3 days prior to ship date

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

INSURANCE

  • Paid insurance rates are based on the declared value of your items.

  • Insurance costs $2.99 for every $100.00 of the items value.

Please inform us via email if you would like to add insurance to your shipment

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

 

You must file your claim for damaged or missing contents no later than 5 calendar days from the delivery date. Claims for undelivered or lost shipments must be filed within two months of the shipment date.

EXCEPTIONS

 

Any approved shipments to all other countries can be shipped within 3 business days at no extra cost
